What you will do

  • Analyze customer behavior to tailor offers and maximize lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the team to support customer retention goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer retention, sales, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior and tailor offers accordingly.
