What you will do
- Engage with existing customers primarily via live chat to promote ongoing offers and incentives.
- Identify and launch targeted campaigns for specific customer segments to boost engagement.
- Reactivate dormant users and convert customers considering discontinuation back into active users.
- Analyze customer behavior to tailor offers and maximize lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the team to support customer retention goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer retention, sales, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and tailor offers accordingly.
