What you will do

• Prototype and launch new products and user experiences.
• Maintain and iterate on existing UIs, including the Tinker console.
• Build internal tools such as dashboards and consoles to streamline workflows.
• Evolve frontend infrastructure including design systems, component libraries, build pipelines, and testing setups.
• Improve developer experience for local development, deployment, and iteration speed.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies like Typescript and React.
• Ability to own frontend projects end-to-end in a collaborative environment.
• English: B2 or higher proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience building production-level UIs from prototype to polish.
• Familiarity with React Router, Vite, Turborepo, or similar frameworks.
• Experience contributing to frontend monorepos and shared component libraries.
• Knowledge of design systems, developer tooling, or internal platforms.
• Familiarity with NodeJS, Python, and Rust.
• Experience with AI products or frontends that scale to large user bases.
