What you will do

• Provide legal advice and support across commercial, corporate, data protection, employment, intellectual property, and gaming law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including marketing, payment services, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and global data protection regulations, including handling data subject requests and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on legal and regulatory matters, including user-related issues and DSA compliance.
• Support IP management, trademark rights, and legal investigations.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal and compliance procedures across departments.

Requirements

• Must have a law degree and at least 5 years of legal experience in law firms or in-house roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, data protection, IP, and employment law.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, and global data protection laws, including cross-border compliance.
• Excellent English and Greek communication skills with ability to collaborate across management levels.
• Experience working independently and across teams to ensure legal compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming or IT industry legal matters.
• Familiarity with Digital Services Act (DSA) and emerging legal issues in digital services and AI.
