What you will do

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of around 100 mid-market accounts.
  • Develop account growth strategies and conduct upselling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Partners to enhance client relationships.
  • Prepare and present account reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Close new annual recurring revenue (ARR) and ensure contract renewals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or sales-related role.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
