What you will do

• Closely cooperate with sales managers & teams to cover & obtain technical parts of business opportunities.
• Communicate with customers to map & analyze their business and technical problems/requirements/environment.
• Propose & prepare solution designs based on business, technical, and functional requirements.
• Create communication materials, training, and other tools to support change management activities.
• Perform requirements analysis and communicate them to the corresponding stakeholder groups.
• Maintain procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Systematic approach and analytical thinking.
