What you will do

• Define and execute production strategy aligned with studio vision
• Oversee planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple productions
• Lead, mentor, and coach Producers and Project Managers
• Establish and enforce best practices for production planning
• Represent the Production Department in leadership meetings

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game production or project leadership
• Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary production teams
• Strong understanding of agile and hybrid development methodologies
• Fluent in English (German a plus)
