What you will do

• Manage the full game product development cycle from concept to release, analyzing all project requirements.
• Define milestone schedules and content, validate key milestones, and maintain proper budget and resource allocation.
• Manage time efficiently through planning, task prioritization, resource coordination, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving.
• Work closely with the brand’s franchise team and align on project strategy.
• Identify relevant project stakeholders and develop a communication plan, while managing the production department and mentoring junior team members.
• Establish a vision and strategy for developing better-quality games, ensuring quality objectives are met and defining criteria for the production process.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in Production Management in the AAA space.
• College or university degree.
• Expert knowledge of project management methods in game development.
• Ability to work with and as part of multiple internal and external teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good instructional skills.
• Excellent self-organization and self-motivation abilities.
