What you will do

• Own and develop internal employer branding projects to increase employee engagement and brand advocacy.
• Manage and optimize the Referral Program and encourage authentic employee feedback on review platforms.
• Support development and execution of internal communication strategies aligned with company goals and culture.
• Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual identity across internal communications.
• Contribute to brand identity development, storytelling, and creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employer value proposition projects.

Requirements

• Location: Role based in Valencia, Spain
• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR projects.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Creativity and initiative to improve employee experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
