What you will do

• Lead annual and multi-year financial and strategic planning aligned with company goals.
• Drive pricing strategy and deal desk review for sales approvals.
• Develop and oversee company-wide KPIs, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Support CFO/COO with board presentations, investor relations, and capital planning.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and corporate development deal reviews.
• Build and manage a high-performing FP&A and analytics team.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US, preferably San Francisco Bay area.
• 5+ years leading company-wide financial planning and FP&A functions.
• 8+ years experience in finance, strategy, analytics, pricing, or consulting.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or payments industry strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial modeling, and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
