What you will do

• Create innovative next-generation performance tests.
• Plan and implement performance tests using tools like JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner.
• Build and maintain performance testing environments.
• Collect and analyze results using APM tools and build automated analysis mechanisms.
• Conduct full automation processes with CI/CD and performance testing tools.
• Participate in demanding projects for clients from various sectors and propose performance indicators.
• Perform root cause analysis of performance issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of automated testing experience and 1 year in performance testing.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Scala, or C#.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Understanding of SOA, API technologies, and JSON structure.
• Experience tuning performance on Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation.
