What you will do

• Develop and maintain IBM MDM products according to requirements and standards
• Collaborate closely with Scrum team members and Agile Release Train participants
• Troubleshoot technical issues and share knowledge within the team
• Participate actively in requirement refinement and user story definition
• Implement high-quality, scalable MDM solutions following best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IBM MDM development
• Strong proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, SQL, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with Java Web Services
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management concepts including data deduplication and data quality
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting
• Fluent English
• Residing in Poland is required

• Experience in banking or financial sector
