What you will do

• Work on projects to improve database robustness and reliability
• Design, implement, and operate database stack solutions collaboratively with developers
• Enhance and automate database operations and workflows
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems for application databases
• Manage daily operational tasks including change management, query tuning, and troubleshooting
• Provide tools to enable developer autonomy in daily data operations
• Participate in rotating on-call duties

Requirements

• Must reside in Poland
• Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server in high-availability environments
• Strong skills in SQL queries, performance tuning, and analysis
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Git workflows
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluent Polish
