Member of Technical Staff, Synthetic Data (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build scalable inference pipelines on large GPU clusters.
• Conduct data ablations to assess data quality and enhance model performance.
• Research and implement innovative synthetic data curation methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data pipelines meet model demands.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills, proficient in Python.
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Pandas.
• Experience with LLMs through projects or personal experimentation.
• Familiarity with LLM inference frameworks such as vLLM.
• Experience with large-scale datasets, including web and multilingual data.

Nice to have

• Publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
