What you will do
- Drive automation strategy and evolve testing frameworks in partnership with QA management.
- Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using Robot Framework and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure automation aligns with product goals to improve coverage, stability, and efficiency.
- Champion quality engineering by reducing flakiness and optimizing test performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and communicate risks.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in QA Automation engineering.
- Advanced programming skills and experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Leadership experience in defining and refining QA processes and strategies.
- Proficient with Jira and Xray or similar test management tools.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
