What you will do

• Support the Ecommerce Manager with commercial performance and product launches.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyse ecommerce data trends.
• Report findings to the Ecommerce Manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure tagging, tracking, and analytics are implemented correctly.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Holborn, London
• Previous experience in ecommerce or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of ecommerce principles.
• Experience supporting commercial performance and product launches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
