What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive background verifications including employment, academic, credit, and judicial records
• Coordinate information gathering with external sources and verification providers
• Analyze verification reports to identify risks and discrepancies
• Monitor and assess security threats and manage security incidents
• Implement internal security policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple investigations simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strict confidentiality and secure handling of personal data
• Willingness to collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Nice to have

• Experience in security investigations or risk analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in fintech
