What you will do

  • Understand, document, and prioritize business needs to drive product change and growth.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers, industry leaders, and users to manage and set strategic direction for digital products.
  • Own and drive the development timeline of product roadmaps and features.
  • Conduct product discovery, solutioning, and champion product growth and transformation.
  • Create and maintain product backlog, guiding technical teams on priorities, epics, features, and user stories.
  • Develop and share technical product documentation and support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Must work onsite in Peoria, Illinois, United States.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business insights, visualization, and digital product development.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, JavaScript, Angular, AWS, Snowflake, and SDLC.
  • Experience in UI/UX design using Figma and project management.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
