What you will do

• Collaborate with Senior Product Managers and provide technical product SME leadership.
• Communicate with customers to address technical questions and manage escalations.
• Work with sales and solution architects to understand customer technical requirements.
• Drive end-user stories with the development team.
• Manage multiple project initiatives to ensure timely completion.
• Create and deliver comprehensive training manuals for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bade, Taiwan
• Bachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with 5+ years in data center/server fields.
• 3+ years project management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer engagement.
• Knowledge of Redfish, Swordfish, container technologies (Kubernetes/Docker), ELK, and Elastic search.
• Understanding of Angular, JSON, and Java is a plus.
