• Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) cases ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation for KYC cases.
• Respond to and resolve operational risk-related tickets efficiently.
• Perform basic onboarding checks to verify customer information.
• Assist in handling ad hoc cases and special investigations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for KYC cases and onboarding checks.

Requirements

• Experience in operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML, preferably in a fintech company.
• Customer-facing contact experience.
• Familiarity with automated KYC checks.
• Excellent skills with Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
• Fluent in English.
