What you will do
- Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) cases ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers to obtain necessary documentation for KYC cases.
- Respond to and resolve operational risk-related tickets efficiently.
- Perform basic onboarding checks to verify customer information.
- Assist in handling ad hoc cases and special investigations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for KYC cases and onboarding checks.
Requirements
- Experience in operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML, preferably in a fintech company.
- Customer-facing contact experience.
- Familiarity with automated KYC checks.
- Excellent skills with Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
- Fluent in English.
