What you will do

• Provide HR guidance to team members and managers.
• Partner with line managers on employee relations advice.
• Manage benefit programs across EMEA locations.
• Support the full life-cycle of HR including onboarding and benefit administration.
• Produce data-driven reports to inform HR initiatives.
• Support internal resource groups for diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certifications.
• Excellent insights into German, UK, and/or French HR practices.
• Self-directed and organized problem solver.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
