Salary: $121,500 - $224,880 per year

What you will do

• Lead a team developing and optimizing build pipelines and services for game production.
• Design and maintain infrastructure for continuous integration, automated testing, and distribution systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and art teams to improve workflows and toolchains.
• Drive innovation by implementing best practices for code health, testing, and maintainability.
• Manage datacenter capacity and cloud hosting platforms to support build systems.
• Define metrics and systems to monitor and optimize business and build processes.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the United States.
• 6+ years experience with enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with distributed build/version control systems and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to have

• Passion for test automation frameworks.
• Background in C/C++ and/or C#.
• Experience with platform-specific content packaging (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo).
