What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for KYC/KYB integrations including vendors and internal services.
• Manage integrations with global data and identity validation providers to ensure efficient compliance workflows.
• Analyze compliance data to identify improvements and address regulatory challenges using machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and operations teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions.
• Balance regulatory compliance with business goals to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Coordinate with other product teams globally to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 3+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services or e-commerce.
• Experience managing technical software products and leading third-party API integrations.
• Proficient with data analysis, SQL, and model evaluations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory practices such as AML and identity validation is a plus.
