Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Support customers with technical guidance, solution validation, and operational support for wired and wireless networks.
• Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot Ethernet switching, fabric, and WLAN solutions including high-density Wi-Fi optimization.
• Perform RF site surveys, spectrum analysis, and Wi-Fi optimization for high-density venues.
• Provide escalation support and coordinate with global technical assistance centers.
• Develop technical documentation and deliver training to customers and internal teams.
• Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Salem, New Hampshire, United States.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, professional services, or network engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting across network layers 1–7 and working with WLAN, switching, routing, and large-scale deployments.
• Proficient in technical and business English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CWNP, CCNA or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-density venue networks.
• hirify.global certifications (to be obtained within 1 year).
• Familiarity with Python scripting and Linux/Unix systems.
