Salary: $104,000–$127,000 (annual)

What you will do

  • Act as the onsite IT support resource, responding to employee requests and incidents.
  • Ensure proper functioning of conference rooms, IT systems, and shared office equipment.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including device provisioning and tracking.
  • Provide setup and basic troubleshooting for conference room AV technology and video conferencing platforms.
  • Support small to mid-sized corporate meetings and events.
  • Deliver in-person support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management).
  • Familiarity with device management tools such as JAMF or Intune.
  • Basic understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL 4 Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
