What you will do
- Act as the onsite IT support resource, responding to employee requests and incidents.
- Ensure proper functioning of conference rooms, IT systems, and shared office equipment.
- Assist with IT asset management, including device provisioning and tracking.
- Provide setup and basic troubleshooting for conference room AV technology and video conferencing platforms.
- Support small to mid-sized corporate meetings and events.
- Deliver in-person support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management).
- Familiarity with device management tools such as JAMF or Intune.
- Basic understanding of IT security best practices.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL 4 Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
