What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical architectures.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code aligned with best practices.
• Contribute to and review architectural decisions and technical designs.
• Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers.
• Ensure delivery quality through testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / C# backend development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs, with a focus on performance, reliability, and security best practices.
• Strong understanding and practical application of software architecture principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, design patterns) in complex, large-scale systems.
• Experience or exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud environments (e.g., Azure), and CI/CD pipelines within enterprise development ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
