What you will do

• Build and orchestrate a modern OTEL-based observability platform supporting multiple telemetry types.
• Lead design and deployment of monitoring and alerting services to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to troubleshoot issues and deploy new products.
• Manage observability infrastructure availability, performance, and supportability.
• Create and improve alert response processes to ensure reliable oracle data delivery.
• Champion reliability and security by ensuring high-quality work and governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, or platform roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.
• Expertise in designing and managing large real-time systems and distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and Kubernetes cluster management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
• Must be able to work remotely with some overlap with EST timezone.
