What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 Account Executives.
  • Participate in the sales process from outbound efforts to deal closing.
  • Develop and implement a regional go-to-market plan.
  • Analyze market dynamics and refine sales strategies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the team.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of management experience in quota-carrying sales teams.
  • 5+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong track record in building and forecasting sales pipelines.
