What you will do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 Account Executives.
- Participate in the sales process from outbound efforts to deal closing.
- Develop and implement a regional go-to-market plan.
- Analyze market dynamics and refine sales strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the team.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve sales processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of management experience in quota-carrying sales teams.
- 5+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong track record in building and forecasting sales pipelines.
