What you will do

• Lead architecture and design for fullstack solutions (Node.js + React)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
• Implement improvements across the software development lifecycle and ensure quality, security, and performance standards
• Mentor developers through task definition, code reviews, and technical guidance
• Coordinate deployment processes and CI/CD flows using Azure and Docker
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies as a technical lead

Requirements

• Remote work capability
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Proven technical leadership or team lead experience
• Knowledge of OAuth2, authentication/authorization, and web security best practices
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, DevOps workflows, Git, and Linux
