What you will do

• Lead project execution ensuring timely task completion and alignment with goals.
• Manage workflows in a fast-changing, high-velocity development environment.
• Establish and refine Agile-based processes tailored for game development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including producers, designers, developers, artists, and QA.
• Build and lead effective teams, fostering motivation and removing obstacles.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and quality.
• Monitor project metrics and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) adapted for game development.
• Deep understanding of game development lifecycle from concept to post-release support.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Expertise in workload, timeline, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AAA or F2P mobile game development.
• Knowledge of LiveOps and post-release support strategies.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and SQL.
• Kanban certifications (KMP1, KMP2) and strong Kanban expertise.
