What you will do

• Develop scalable, highly available global voice platforms in an agile team.
• Apply performance and scalability principles to software development.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and test engineers.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Engage with customers to improve voice solutions based on feedback.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in software development and VOIP troubleshooting
• Strong expertise in WebRTC, SIP, and JavaScript; experience in C++ or Java
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• Location: Remote within the US or hybrid in San Ramon, CA

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VOIP protocols like RTP, RTCP, and network protocols
• Experience in telecom or IoT fields
• Experience with contact centers, IVR, virtual agents, and telecom providers
