Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale server rack installation and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of server rack hardware and network architecture.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage global teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally 25–50% of the time.
