What you will do

• Develop and optimize software to provision and manage hirify.global’s infrastructure across on-premise, virtual machine, and classified cloud environments.
• Enhance the reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads.
• Collaborate with engineers to design tailored solutions that meet government-specific needs.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and security practices to ensure system integrity.
• Manage storage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Drive system reliability through incident management and defining SLAs/SLOs.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in managing storage infrastructure with IaC tools.
• Deep understanding of the Kubernetes stack.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GPU hardware and chaos engineering.
• Experience with high-traffic web or mobile application workloads.
• Proficiency with tools such as Kyverno or ArgoCD.
