Location: Must be located near Palo Alto or open to relocation to the Bay Area, United States

Salary: $180,000 - $440,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and architect recommendation algorithms across various product surfaces
• Leverage xAI’s AI infrastructure and stacks to enhance user experience
• Develop data pipelines and training jobs that learn continuously from product data
• Iterate and improve algorithms using real-time user feedback and experimentation
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of machine learning systems

Requirements

• Location: Must be near Palo Alto or willing to relocate to the Bay Area, United States
• Experience with data infrastructure such as Kafka, Clickhouse, and Spark
• Proven experience implementing recommender systems or deep learning applications at industrial scale
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like JAX or PyTorch
• Exceptional candidates may have experience writing CUDA kernels
• English: Proficient communication skills required
