What you will do

  • Provide Tier II/III technical support for Windows and macOS systems.
  • Manage endpoints using Kandji and Intune, including security policies and patching.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services and handle support tickets via FreshService.
  • Troubleshoot Meraki networking and support Okta and Entra ID identity management.
  • Assist with device patching, endpoint hardening, and conference room AV support.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must have 3–5 years of IT support experience including Tier II/III escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Experience with Kandji, Intune, Microsoft 365, FreshService, Meraki, Okta, and Entra ID.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
