What you will do
- Provide Tier II/III technical support for Windows and macOS systems.
- Manage endpoints using Kandji and Intune, including security policies and patching.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and handle support tickets via FreshService.
- Troubleshoot Meraki networking and support Okta and Entra ID identity management.
- Assist with device patching, endpoint hardening, and conference room AV support.
- Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must have 3–5 years of IT support experience including Tier II/III escalations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Experience with Kandji, Intune, Microsoft 365, FreshService, Meraki, Okta, and Entra ID.
- Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
