Us Compliance Associate (Fintech)

TL;DR

U.S. Compliance Associate (Web3): Managing regulatory relationships, governance, and oversight of compliance processes for hirify.global’s U.S. consumer business with an accent on BSA/AML, OFAC, and Consumer Compliance requirements. Focus on ensuring effective country-specific controls, reviewing new products for compliance, and building materials for stakeholders, regulators, and internal committees.

Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites. Must be based in the U.S.

Salary: $99,365–$116,900 USD

What you will do

• Manage Compliance responses for country/entity regulatory exams.
• Develop materials for Board, governance committee, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage US regulatory reporting projects.
• Review and approve new products for compliance.
• Serve as DRI for regulatory change management and associated control builds for U.S.-specific compliance needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working in Compliance for a financial institution.
• Experience in consumer compliance, financial crimes compliance, and/or other compliance with federal or state regulations in the U.S. related to financial services.
• Experience in product compliance, compliance governance and oversight, and/or managing regulatory relationships.

Nice to have

• CAMS, CCAS, or similar certification.
• Experience with direct engagement with regulators.
