Workday HCM Specialist

TL;DR

Workday HCM Specialist: Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management system with an accent on designing scalable HCM solutions and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Focus on implementing new Workday features, monitoring system performance, and developing custom reports and dashboards.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 1 day a week in a client or hirify.global office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, and Talent Management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable HCM solutions.
• Implement new Workday features and enhancements across global teams.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and data integrity through audits and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM implementations or AMS support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
• Proficiency in EIBs, calculated fields, business process frameworks, and security roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• English: C1/C2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM Core Certification.
• Experience working with multicultural teams and global clients.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting best practices.
