Who we’re looking for
A motivated, curious, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys searching, analyzing, and finding the right IT talent. Perfect for a junior specialist or a final-year student ready to grow in sourcing.
What you’ll do
— Source IT specialists worldwide using creative methods and modern tools
— Maintain and expand the internal candidate database
— Build tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy
— Communicate with candidates and conduct initial video calls
— Present the company and open roles professionally
— Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
— Research labor markets and explore new sourcing channels
— Solve informational tasks using online tools
— Continuously develop sourcing and IT recruitment skills
Who we want on the team
— Graduate or final-year student
— Confident PC user (Word, Excel)
— English level: Upper-Intermediate+
— Conversational Russian
— Basic understanding of IT roles and the tech market
— Experience or coursework in sourcing is a plus
— Organized, responsible, detail-oriented
— Proactive, friendly, and eager to learn
