What you will do

• Search for and select candidates for diverse IT positions.
• Analyze search requirements, create candidate profiles and search maps.
• Identify and utilize effective sources to attract candidates.
• Conduct face-to-face/online meetings and qualitative interviews.
• Communicate and collaborate with hiring managers on vacancies.
• Maintain and expand a professional contact base and work with the internal CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment for 2+ years.
• Knowledge of various interviewing techniques and recruiting tools.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
• Interest in IT recruiting and desire to grow in this field.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above.
