What you will do

Design and develop hirify.global Credit Risk and Transaction Monitoring Platforms.
Lead technical decisions and projects within the Capital Risk Team.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices and quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of tech leadership experience in building scalable platforms.
Strong knowledge of Node.js or Python, database design, and streaming data tools.
Understanding of GraphQL API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in building Cloud Native Distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
