What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable and efficient machine learning data pipelines.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for AI/ML model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists to validate datasets and maintain data integrity.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis incorporating business context to support model development.
• Monitor model performance and perform root cause analysis for issues.
• Translate business processes into scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in or near Malvern, PA with hybrid work format.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years experience in AI/ML or data engineering, including 3+ years building ETL pipelines using AWS.
• Proven experience with MLOps pipelines for production AI/ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS SageMaker and cloud technologies.
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher).
