What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for IT/OT needs and translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Implement and support SCADA, MES, HMI, and edge computing systems.
• Maintain connectivity between plant equipment and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot IT/OT issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support network integration, patching, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Document configurations and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years IT/OT experience (4+ years if non-degreed).
• Knowledge of SCADA, MES, HMI, industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and regulatory standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
