What you will do

• Lead and elevate product design standards and design systems for Bolt.
• Influence product direction and feature scope with design input.
• Bridge communication between design and engineering teams.
• Mentor and develop product designers, fostering a strong design culture.
• Drive consistency and quality across the product through scalable design systems.
• Advocate for user needs through lightweight research and usability validation.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills required for collaboration in a global remote team.
• 5+ years product design experience with leadership or mentorship roles.
• Experience designing complex web applications and design systems.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environments.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and modern design tools like Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-powered builder tools and AI design integration.
