What you will do

• Handle inbound developer questions via chat and email for SDKs, APIs, and integration setup
• Capture and escalate issues with clear repro steps, logs, and impact analysis
• Diagnose root causes and provide solutions to unblock developer integrations
• Create and maintain developer documentation and AI training content
• Use tools like Cursor, CoPilot, GitHub, browser devtools, and block explorers efficiently
• Communicate professionally and supportively with developers

Requirements

• Remote work
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript on web and mobile platforms (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Knowledge of web3 fundamentals including wallets, signing, RPCs, and blockchain explorers
• Frontend debugging skills using browser devtools and network traces
• Familiarity with AI tools such as LLMs, prompt engineering, Cursor, and CoPilot

Nice to have

• Experience with Solana programming model
• Risk and abuse pattern recognition in API or on-chain activity
