Salary: USD $139,900 – $331,200 per year.

What you will do

• Hire, manage, and lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-performing AI character experiences.
• Ship AI-powered experiences shaping how millions interact with AI.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research leadership to prioritize features.
• Design and build performant AI Character infrastructure for fast, reliable, and scalable experiences.
• Drive feature and system implementation, breaking down goals into milestones with cross-team coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 6+ years people management experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams to deliver large-scale software systems, preferably in AI, machine learning, or graphics.
• English: B2 required.
