Salary: USD $158,400–$304,200 per year (San Francisco Bay Area/NYC).

What you will do

• Build new AI features to enhance Copilot.
• Develop secure and performant AI Platform services for Copilot.
• Collaborate with AI Researchers, Platform, infrastructure, and application engineers on next-generation AI products.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
• Navigate roadblocks to quickly iterate and get work into users' hands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience building customer-facing applications with C#, Python, Java, or Golang.
• Experience leveraging generative AI technologies for user-focused product features.
• 4+ years of experience building APIs and creating pipelines for large-scale products.
• 4+ years of experience building scalable services on public cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and using datastores (RDBMS, key-value stores).

Nice to have

• Experience using, deploying, and scaling machine learning frameworks and large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
