What you will do

• Architect and develop a custom embedded operating system optimized for AI-driven applications.
• Design and implement core OS components, including kernel and device drivers.
• Optimize system performance, power efficiency, and real-time responsiveness.
• Collaborate with hardware teams for seamless integration with custom silicon.
• Drive OS bring-up on new hardware platforms and debug low-level system issues.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source or proprietary OS components.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operating system development.
• Deep expertise in kernel development and low-level systems programming.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and assembly programming.
• Experience with hardware-software co-design and debugging tools.
• Strong understanding of security and OS hardening techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting OS platforms for AI or edge computing.
• Familiarity with modern AI workloads.
• Knowledge of distributed or microkernel-based OS architectures.
• Prior experience with power management for embedded systems.
• Contributions to open-source operating system projects.
