What you will do

  • Lead and contribute to data science and AI projects, including short-term initiatives
  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as proposals and proofs of concept
  • Analyze customer challenges and business needs, estimate requirements, and identify risks with solutions
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract patterns, trends, and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
  • Communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders and set up testing frameworks for agent performance

Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science focusing on machine learning and NLP
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and classic data science frameworks (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM agent frameworks, and generative AI techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud providers AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services
  • Experience leading data science projects from conception to deployment
