What you will do

Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, chat, and tickets
Troubleshoot and escalate IT issues as needed
Install and maintain laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Help with password resets, account management (Active Directory), and VPN support
Support users with applications and collaboration tools
Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures

Requirements

Currently studying ICT, Computer Science, or related (HBO/Associate level)
Strong communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English
Customer-focused and solution-oriented
Curious about ITIL, cloud tools (like M365), and networking
