What you will do

• Analyze campaign effectiveness (open rate, click-through rate, conversions) and identify growth opportunities
• Manage sender reputation by monitoring deliverability rates and minimizing spam
• Prepare segments and set up content emails
• Create and implement automated email sequences using Customer.io, Smartico, Symplify, and other services
• Develop and adapt email templates in HTML for various devices
• Create technical specifications for cross-team collaboration (design, copywriting, analytics)
• Develop and optimize user onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming or related industries
• Skills in creating high-converting content for email newsletters
• Understanding of key communications metrics and ways to improve them
• Experience with HTML layout and email templates
• Understanding of technical principles of email, SMS, push notifications
