What you will do
- Provide on-site and remote IT support across L1–L3 levels
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and support Office 365 users
- Use ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking
- Support meeting room setups, desk installations, and IT hardware rollouts
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Support (L1–L3) roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, VPNs, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and access to own transport
- Willingness to take on on-call shifts in the Zwolle area
