What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote IT support across L1–L3 levels
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and maintain laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage Active Directory accounts and support Office 365 users
• Use ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking
• Support meeting room setups, desk installations, and IT hardware rollouts

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support (L1–L3) roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, VPNs, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license and access to own transport
• Willingness to take on on-call shifts in the Zwolle area
